Return and Refund Policy

Coffee & Tea Products (Perishable)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea products:

  • All sales are generally final
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within a 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

For non-perishable merchandise such as apparel (e.g., t-shirts) and accessories:

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within [insert number] days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Restocking Fee Policy:

  • A 1% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, including but not limited to:
    • Ordering the wrong size
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect item selection by the customer
  • The restocking fee does NOT apply to:
    • Defective items
    • Incorrect items shipped by us

Examples to Clarify:

  • If a customer orders a t-shirt in size Large but intended to order Medium, the return is subject to the 1% restocking fee
  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, no restocking fee will be applied

Refund Processing (Shopify Alignment):

  • Refunds are processed through our Shopify system and will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total at the time of processing
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
  • Issue refunds as store credit or original payment method at our discretion

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or limited-edition merchandise

To initiate a return, customers must contact us prior to sending items back.
