2. Coffee & Tea Products (Roasted to Order)

Our coffee and tea products are roasted and/or prepared to order to ensure freshness.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Orders may require processing time prior to shipment
  • Total fulfillment (processing + delivery) may take up to 7 days or longer depending on volume, location, and carrier delays
  • Product characteristics such as aroma, color, and taste may vary due to small-batch roasting and sourcing differences

We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time without notice.

3. Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Our products may be produced in facilities or environments that handle common allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Nuts (including pecans)
  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Gluten

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

You assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have severe allergies, consult a medical professional before consuming our products.

4. Flavor Variations & Expectations

Due to the nature of coffee and tea:

  • Flavor profiles may vary between batches
  • Natural ingredients and roasting methods can create subtle differences
  • Product descriptions are guides, not guarantees of exact taste

No refunds will be issued based solely on subjective taste preferences.

5. Orders, Payments & Shopify Processing

Our store is powered by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its third-party payment processors
  • We do not store your full payment information
  • You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Flag or cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

6. Shipping Timelines & Liability

We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however:

  • Orders may take up to 7 days (or longer) from order date to delivery
  • Shipping timelines are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Coffee & Tea Products (Perishable)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea products:

  • All sales are generally final
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within a 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

For non-perishable merchandise such as apparel (e.g., t-shirts) and accessories:

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within [insert number] days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Restocking Fee Policy:

  • A 1% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect item selection by the customer
  • The restocking fee does NOT apply to:
    • Defective items
    • Incorrect items shipped by us

Examples to Clarify:

  • If a customer orders a t-shirt in size Large but intended to order Medium, the return is subject to the 1% restocking fee
  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, no restocking fee will be applied

Refund Processing (Shopify Alignment):

  • Refunds are processed through our Shopify system and will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total at the time of processing
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
  • Issue refunds as store credit or original payment method at our discretion

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or limited-edition merchandise

To initiate a return, customers must contact us prior to sending items back.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Promo Codes

All promotional offers, discounts, and promo codes ("Promotions"):

  • Are subject to change or revocation at any time without notice

9. Veteran-Owned Branding & Intellectual Property

Leatherneck Brewing Company is a veteran-owned brand. All associated branding, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Military-themed imagery
  • Marketing content

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding
  • Use our veteran-owned designation in a misleading or unauthorized manner

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Intellectual Property (General)

All Site content—including text, graphics, images, and software—is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

No content may be used without prior written consent.
