This coffee is sourced from over 1,500 grower-members of Cafe Organics Marcala, working together across the region of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. Grown at elevations of 1300–1700 meters in clay mineral-rich soil, these beans develop a dense structure and deep flavor profile. A blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties brings strength and complexity—each contributing to a well-rounded, cohesive cup.
Processed using the fully washed method and sun dried, this coffee maintains clarity while enhancing its natural sweetness and spice. Roasted in small batches to a medium-dark profile, it delivers a rich, commanding cup—bold enough to lead from the front, smooth enough to stay consistent under pressure.
